Our Story
Where it All Began
Infinity Movement was created from my passion for dance, movement, and the belief that these experiences should be accessible to everyone.
From a young age, I trained and worked professionally as a dancer, teacher, and performer, travelling the world through dance. While I loved performing, it was always teaching that brought me the greatest joy. Seeing students grow in confidence, express themselves, and discover a love of movement left me smiling long after every class.
During my time in college, I volunteered with Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) and Barretstown, where I became involved in dance therapy. Through these experiences, I witnessed firsthand the powerful impact that music and movement can have on people’s lives. Dance is a natural healer. Scientific research has shown the positive effects of movement through the release of endorphins, helping to improve both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Dance has always been a universal form of communication. We dance when we celebrate, children instinctively move when they hear music, and communities have come together through movement for centuries. I wanted to create an environment where people felt encouraged, supported, and empowered through movement.
Drawing on my professional experience, extensive training, and research, I developed the ethos that would become the foundation of Infinity Movement.
What began with a small number of classes and workshops quickly grew into a thriving community beyond anything I could have imagined.

Infinity Movement Today
Today, Infinity Movement is led by a dedicated team of instructors and operates across two locations in Naas. We offer dance and acro classes throughout the week, produce annual theatre shows and performances for our students, and deliver workshops nationwide.
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to helping every student grow in confidence, develop their skills, and discover a lifelong love of movement. We strive to create a welcoming environment where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Looking to the future, our goal is to create a state-of-the-art, fully accessible studio where we can continue to expand our classes, workshops, and opportunities for our growing community.
We are incredibly grateful for the support we have received on this journey and remain committed to continuously learning, developing, and inspiring the next generation through movement.
